Abstracts that do not meet these requirements are returned before review, which costs you time.
Centre-align the title, authors’ names and institutional affiliations.
The presenting author’s name must be underlined.
Use the provided template to ensure consistency and formatting compliance.
Include a brief biography of the presenting author, following the format in the provided sample abstract template.
Step Two
Once your abstract is accepted, prepare the full manuscript to the specification below.
Introduce the research context.
Explain why the research is important.
Clearly define the research aim.
Highlight the novel aspects of your study.
Describe the methodology and approach.
Present key findings and observations.
Interpret the results in depth.
Summarise insights and future directions.
What Happens Next
From submission to decision, most abstracts complete the process within a week.
Abstracts must be submitted through the official submission portal on the conference website.
An acknowledgement email will be sent within three working days of submission. Only abstracts that meet all formatting and submission criteria will be considered for review.
Each abstract undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, typically completed within two to three working days.
Authors are notified of the evaluation results within two to four days of submission.
If revisions are requested, authors will be given one week to resubmit their amended abstract.
In the case of rejection, authors will receive detailed reviewer suggestions to support future improvement.
Acknowledgement within three working days, decision within two to four days.
