If your question is not answered here, the organising team replies within two working days.

Write to us about anything relating to your abstract, full paper or presentation.

Yes. You can participate as a Listener or Delegate and attend all conference sessions.

Abstracts should be concise, within 200 to 250 words, summarising your research.

Yes, a co-author can present with the consent of the main author.

You will receive an acknowledgement email within three days. The final decision follows in two to four days.

Full papers must be 6 to 8 pages, double-column, in English, and grammar-checked.

Review results will be given within two to four days after submission.

Abstract submission closes 10 December 2026. Full papers are due 27 December 2026.
