Although we appreciate that you want to volunteer, there are some criteria we need to consider. To ensure a cohesive committee, we seek individuals with a passion for our mission and relevant expertise. Below are some prerequisites for committee member eligibility.
- Professors/Deans/HoD’s
- Associate Professor/Academicians with 8+ yrs of experience
- Assistant Professors’s with 10+ years of experience
- Editorial Board Members of Prestigious Journal
- Reviewer of Journal
- Industrial Expertise with 8+ years Experience
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand and manage conference tasks and related committees to execute the program and scientific agenda effectively.
- Identify experts in specific research areas to enhance the conference's academic value.
- To ensure the success of the conference, find possible sponsors and exhibitors and cultivate B2B prospects.
- Comply with the program plan, include special guests and keynote speakers, and make sure the date and subject are strictly adhered to.
- Organize interactive conference sessions and introduce the moderators and speakers.
- Find well-known keynote speakers in particular industries.
- Monitor conference proceedings, making sure that the scheduled times are followed.
- Work along with the project manager to supervise and assess all media outlets.
- Make use of the committee to improve conference suggestions, registrations, and implementation specifics.
- Find qualified researchers in particular areas to increase participation in conferences and opportunities.
